I still prefer lots of flowers to a foliage bouquet, but Martha (or her staff) knows how to make me like a foliage bouquet! Love hostas!

I use hostas from my garden all summer long. Since it's always nice to have something natural in the house this saves me money too.

Floral arrangements definitely take the cake!

You're so lucky! Wish I had a garden to pluck from.

The foliage arrangements look pretty nice as well if you know how to arrange it the right way, like the one you have here.

Thanks so much Cindy. I'm constantly amazed with what nature provides for making arrangements. Thanks so much for stopping by our blog.

Foliage arrangements can be so elegant if done the right way like this one, a great alternative to having flowers but I must admit, it's a bit harder than flower arrangements, you need to be more creative.

Cris, It can be a bit tricky, but I think the key is having access to an unusual mix of foliage. Once you have that it's sort of like doing a monochromatic arrangement. Thanks so much for your comment.
